Who are we?
We are a company founded in 2023 by Banco Santander, BBVA, and CaixaBank with the purpose of addressing one of the sector’s greatest challenges: the fight against financial crime.
Financial crime has become one of the criminal activities with the greatest economic and social impact today, directly affecting citizens, businesses, and the financial system as a whole. Its growing sophistication demands a coordinated, robust response driven by innovation and sector-wide collaboration.
Since our inception, we have focused our efforts on developing a technology platform designed to enable collaborative services, with secure information sharing between institutions at its core. In this context, we have launched our first service, Fraudfense Check, aimed at facilitating the exchange of fraud-related data and generate sector-wide intelligence for the prevention and early detection of fraud.
Fraudfense is thus established as a solution designed to drive a collaborative, efficient, and coordinated fight against financial crime, enabling institutions to combine capabilities, share risk signals, and act jointly against common threats.
