At Fraudfense, we firmly believe that the fight against financial crime can only be truly effective when the sector moves forward in a coordinated way. We are supported by a Board of Directors, comprised of representatives from our founding entities (Banco Santander, BBVA, and CaixaBank), which sets the strategic direction and safeguards the shared interests of the ecosystem.
This governance structure is complemented by an Advisory Committee and several multidisciplinary Working Groups. These teams are made up of frontline professionals from participating institutions, covering critical areas such as fraud prevention, cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory compliance, and technology. This structure ensures that solutions are built on real operational experience and address the needs of day-to-day operations.
