PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

Purpose description: To handle information requests submitted by the User through the form available on the Website or, where applicable, through the contact email address made available to the User.

DATA RETENTION

The personal data collected shall be retained until the purpose justifying their processing has been fulfilled, as well as for the period determined on the basis of the following criteria: (i) legal retention obligation; (ii) request for erasure submitted by the User where applicable; or (iii) withdrawal of consent, where applicable.  Thereafter, the data shall be blocked for the statutory limitation periods applicable in each case, taking into account the type of data and the purpose of the processing. RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and, in any event, within one month from receipt of your request. Said period may be extended by a further two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such case, FrauDfense shall inform the data subject of the extension within the first month following receipt of the request.

FrauDfense informs you that you may lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority regarding data protection matters, particularly where you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
